John Murphy is the Principal and Creative Director of Simpatico Creative Productions.
Taking years of expertise in branding some of entertainment’s most desirable and successful properties, John applies that cultivated Hollywood storytelling to digital strategies and products and services of all types.

From 1995-to 2014, John was the Creative Director at DG Entertainment. There he developed award-winning campaigns and marketing strategies for a vast array of networks and syndicated shows including 30 Rock, The Office, Rescue Me, Damages, Nip/ Tuck, Seinfeld, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Family Guy, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy! and numerous film trailers and DVDs.
The ads he has written produced and directed number in the thousands. They are seen on screens of all shapes and sizes and platforms that range from traditional broadcast television to digital media to cutting-edge video games.
He has closely collaborated with the industry’s most influential executives, directors, editors, writers, and designers.
Additionally, he has produced numerous live events and independent films.
Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 1993, Mr. Murphy was the Vice-President of The Northeast Company in Boston, an advertising agency and public relations firm specializing in political message-making and corporate branding.
Cumulatively Mr. Murphy’s professional background includes successes in publishing, radio, television, film, music, and digital media.
Widely recognized as a joy with whom to work, John is an avid sports enthusiast and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
